Founder, Boaz Chen
Boaz has spent his career wearing every possible hat in the tech ecosystem - entrepreneur, CEO, consultant, investor, board member, and chairman. He co-founded and built Netwise from a 5-person consultancy into Israel's largest digital and mobile systems integrator. Scaling the company to 250 employees and ultimately leading its successful acquisition gave him firsthand experience in navigating the full lifecycle of rapid growth, executive partnerships, and strategic M&A.
Through leading Netwise's vast portfolio of projects, Boaz took part in dozens of startups and enterprise businesses strategic transformations - helping them completely redefine their operational models and how they do business.
Following his successful exit, Boaz went on to found two more startups in the Fintech and Community spaces, gaining significant experience in raising venture capital and driving international sales. Alongside investing in various ventures, this journey clarified his true passion: rather than running the VC race himself, he found his greatest purpose in guiding independent, bootstrapped founders to realize their full potential and build fundamentally sound businesses.
Drawing on this cross-sector experience, Boaz serves as an executive sparring partner and board advisor. He founded Bootstraps.Group to help the next generation of leaders build resilient, highly profitable businesses without giving up their independence.
